Template License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of any template, form, document, or file (collectively, “Templates”) purchased from OpsTemplate Hub. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Template, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are purchasing

You are purchasing a license to use the Templates — not ownership of them. OpsTemplate Hub retains all intellectual-property rights in the Templates.

2. Permitted use

• Use the Templates for your own business or property-management operations.
• Print, fill in, and modify the Templates as needed for that use.
• Distribute completed documents (e.g., a notice you have filled in) to your own tenants, employees, or vendors in the ordinary course of business.

3. What is NOT permitted

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Templates themselves.
• Offer the Templates as your own templates or forms to others.
• Use the Templates in a competing template product, library, or marketplace.
• Share your purchased files publicly or with non-affiliated parties.

4. Duration

For one-time purchases, the license is perpetual for the permitted uses above. For OpsHub Pro, the license to access the full library and to use white-label and AI-customization features is valid only while your subscription is active.

5. No legal advice

Templates are provided for reference only. They may require modification to comply with your specific circumstances. Consult an attorney for legal documents. OpsTemplate Hub is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. References to laws (including New York City and State requirements) are provided as a convenience and may change.

6. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
