Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information OpsTemplate Hub collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to sell you templates and run your account.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase data: your email and order details, retained and processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and our database (Supabase) per their respective policies.
• Account data: if you create an account (required only for OpsHub Pro), your email and authentication records.
• AI customization input: the business and document details you enter into the AI Customizer.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your templates and process payments.
• To send purchase receipts and account notifications. We use your email for these purposes only — we do not sell your email or share it for third-party marketing.
• To provide and improve the service and respond to support requests.

3. AI customization

When you use the AI Customizer, the template content and the details you provide are sent to the Anthropic API to generate your customized version. No personally identifying information is stored by Anthropic beyond its standard API policies. Do not enter information you are not authorized to process.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

5. Data retention & your choices

Purchase and account records are retained per our Stripe and Supabase configurations and applicable law. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us; note that some records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes.
